Brock has technical experience in Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) device, network, and server configuration/integration. His experience in ITS device configuration/integration derives from onboard unit acceptance test plan and pilot projects that he performed for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) and various ITS device integration projects for PennDOT and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC). Brock gained network and server configuration experience from the management and development of systems standard operating procedures for the NYSDOT HVTMC. Brock’s primary responsibilities at Drive Engineering include systems/network configuration and integration, technical document development, systems design, and IT troubleshooting. He also has roles in projects that include verification and validation testing, ITS architecture design, and website development.
